Is it Normal to Recieve Unsedaled Lip Products?
It is not normal in my experience to receive unsealed lip products. Even if these are "discount" items, sealing makeup is the last step of production. It doesn't make sense why that step was skipped.
When I received my first box from Lip Monthly 3 out of 4 lip products came unsealed. When I emailed the company they would not address the issue - they would not acknowledge my question about unsealed products. They did however offer to send me out a new Lip Monthly box. I agreed but it took 4 months and many emails to get it.
Maybe my first bag was bad quality because it was a promotion $5 bag? If you sign up for the promotion, they don’t send you the bag of the month. They send you 4-5 random products. Most likely items that they have overstock of (Which is fine, just a little misleading).

I had a bad experience, but if you didn’t and you like lip gloss & oils, I could see why you would use this service.
